Small black leather contact book with numbers

I lost my small black leather contact book yesterday around 3pm outside the Dimond Center on Diamond Boulevard in Anchorage. It's about 3x4 inches, with a red elastic strap and a blue ink list of emergency contacts. Inside front page there’s a bright green sticker with the initials 'PP' and a coffee stain on the corner from my morning latte.
