Found a green parrot perched on a fence in Amarillo, TX, appearing well-cared-for but agitated.

I stumbled upon this beautiful green parrot perched on my fence yesterday evening in Amarillo. The bird seemed a bit agitated but approachable, so I managed to coax it down with some bird seeds. It looks well-cared-for, but nobody in my neighborhood has mentioned losing a pet parrot. I would love to reunite it with its owner!
