Found black leather wallet containing cards and cash near Altoona-Johnstown train station sidewalk.

I found a black leather wallet on the sidewalk just outside the Altoona-Johnstown train station yesterday. It looks like it has some cards and cash inside. I would love to return it to its owner, as it seems to be a valuable item. If you think it might be yours, please provide a description of it.
