Description
I found a pair of silver-tone hoop earrings this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the New York State Capitol on State Street in Albany. They're about an inch in diameter, and one hoop has a tiny heart engraving on the outer edge. They're in decent shape, just a little patina from wear. If these belong to someone, I'll hold onto them here downtown and can meet up near the Capitol to return them.
