Lost small portable black and blue blood glucose meter left in a shopping cart at a supermarket in Albany.

I lost my blood glucose meter while grocery shopping at the local supermarket in Albany last week. It's a small portable device, black with a blue accent, and I believe I left it in the shopping cart when I went to my car. I really need it back as it's essential for managing my diabetes.
