Found canines in Akron-Canton area.

I found two canines wandering loose near Highland Square in Akron around 8:15 p.m. this evening. The brown lab mix wore a blue collar, and the gray terrier had a red harness; both looked well-fed and surprisingly calm as I coaxed them toward a safe spot by the curb. They followed me for a block and a half, then settled on the grass while I kept watch and scanned for anyone who might be looking for them. I posted this because it doesn’t feel right to leave them wandering, and I hope the owners see this and come claiming their friends soon.
