While leaving the Akron Public Market around 6:20 p.m. last Saturday, I spotted a stack of shopping bags abandoned near the main entrance of Lock 3 Park in downtown Akron. They looked like they belonged to someone who’d been running errands—receipts sticking out of a tote with a faded city logo. I carried them to the security desk, hoping the owner would claim them, and I’m posting here to help connect the dots. It’s unsettling to realize someone else’s day-to-day things are suddenly missing, and I hope this helps them get back what they need.

I lost my black Michael Kors Jet Set tote yesterday around 3pm near the Akron Civic Theatre on East Market Street. It's a medium-sized pebbled leather bag, about 14 inches wide and 11 inches tall, with gold-tone hardware and a tiny scratch on the bottom corner. Inside the bag there’s a pink lining, and a lavender tassel zipper pull with the MK charm attached as a unique feature. I also noticed a small coffee stain near the inner zip pocket from rushing through my day. It was a gift from my sister last year, so it means a lot to me and I really need to get it back.

Found ID cards near Akron Public Library
I found two ID cards this afternoon around 4:15pm behind the Akron Public Library on East Market Street. One card is a blue university student ID with the person's photo, plus a tiny coffee ring stain near the corner. The other is a gray access badge with a magnetic stripe and a faint campus logo. They’re a bit scuffed from living in a bag, but the names and photos are visible. I’d really like to return them to their owner; I know how important these cards are for classes and work, and I hope someone can claim them soon.
LOST: Drones in Akron/Canton, Ohio
On Sunday around 5:15 PM, after a quick flight at Summit Lake Park in Akron, I realized my two drones were missing from the black hard case I left on a bench near the boat launch. The drones are a white DJI Mavic Mini with a red sticker and a smaller spare drone with orange guards, plus a charger and a microSD card case. The bag sat under a maple tree by the water’s edge, and I scanned the area along the path that circles the lake, feeling a mix of disappointment and panic. Lost sports equipment in Akron/Canton area
On Saturday around 6:40 p.m., I left my Equipment for Various Sports on a bench outside the Canton Palace Theatre on Market Street while I grabbed a quick coffee. When I returned, the bag was gone and the bench looked untouched, like nothing happened. The gear includes a navy windbreaker, shin guards, and a bright red duffel with my initials on the side. I’m anxious because our weekend league starts soon and I can’t replace everything on short notice. If anyone saw something around there, I’d really appreciate any information.
