Found HO-scale train set in green lunchbox

I found a vintage HO-scale model train set (a collector's item) this afternoon around 2:00pm behind the CVS on West Market Street in Akron. It's tucked in a green metal lunchbox with a brass latch, and the blue diesel loco has white stripes and the number 1801, pulling three cream-and-red passenger cars. Inside the lid there's a faded sticker that reads 'Tim's Train Collection' and a small brass wheel with a dented edge, which are nice distinguishing details.
