There are several collars of different sizes and fabrics—a bright blue nylon one with a reflective stripe, a worn brown leather one, and a pink fabric strap with a tiny tag poking out. It didn't look like anyone was nearby, so I picked them up and held onto them, figuring a rightful owner might be circling back soon.
